Dental Hygiene Rooted in Wellness

I believe that every client deserves the absolute best care delivered with genuine attention to their overall wellness. With more than a decade of experience as a dental hygienist, I’m passionate about providing an environment where people feel comfortable and cared for.

Originally from Nova Scotia, I am a graduate from Dalhousie Universities Dental Hygiene Program in 2013 and have been proudly practicing in Alberta since.

I’m a wife, mom of two and my family is always on the move. Whether its walking the Ranche trails,  joining community events or staying strong through CrossFit. An active lifestyle inspires my commitment to helping others feel their best, inside and out.

I graduated with honours as a Registered Dental Hygienist from Confederation College in 2010 and have been proudly serving clients in the Calgary and Cochrane area for the past 15 years. I'm deeply passionate about my profession and committed to proviniding exceptional, personalized care to evert client I meet.

Outside the clinic, I love spending quality time with my husband, our three kids, and our dog. I’m always up for an adventure—whether it’s traveling, enjoying the outdoors, or staying active with CrossFit.
